Ok, so let me know what your secret is PLEASE! I want to loose weight I need to do atlest 20-25 but better 30, and dont want to do it the wrong way, but also want to do it fast.!!!! Can you please give me an idea of what you have been doing ?! I would appreciate it!Alex
