Ok, I will make this short...I am STILL trying to shed the pounds from having my first baby 18 months ago...But I guess I really have not tried to hard, or I would be further ahead than I am, where is FAT! I want my old body back...and not the one that I had pre-pregnancy even, the one 30lbs ago....I dont even remember when that was....So im going to give South Beach and do this..Enough talking time to do it!
