Well, the scales are resolute in telling me I am 72.1 kilos, despite a new battery ;)
Something has to change some time. ...
159.0 lb Lost so far: 0.7 lb.    Still to go: 15.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If you're genuinely logging everything that passes your lips then the balance looks pretty good so it may just be a matter of patience. I know that's hard but your body needs to catch up and stop storing for fight or flight. Take care 🤗

I plateaued for the longest time and then suddenly dipped but you may want to tweak or up your exercise a little. It will change, sometimes the body is just contrary.
