Okay, I cheated! I was AWFUL at the party yesterday. I was proud of myself during the first party (family birthday) from 1-5. I cheated a little and had one tiny piece of a calzone and 1 tiny scoop of chocalate icecream. I gave up the macaroni, cake, baked beans, stuffed shells, sausage and peppers and candy. I only ate the ham and roast beef. I was proud of myself. Then I went to the football party. I brought another calzone and it turned out not to be a party at all but just another couple. The only food there was a veggie platter and my calzone. I ate the veggies but it was getting late and I was starving. That's when I pigged out on the calzone and 3 brownies!!! Talk about out of control! It tasted soooo good. Well, I said I would gain a lb and this morning I was up 1.5 lbs so I'm paying the price. Right back on track this morning. I may walk extra today to make up for it. Oh well, we all have our good days and our bad days.
146.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 14.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

The food you eat in one night will not show up on you until 7days. so you can lose that if you stay on track form now on. It will be okay if you fall off once in awhile. It is a good idea to do this when it is your monthly. keep up the good work and I will keep in touch!

Come on ldyjules, I know you can do this. Once you get past those first three days, the cravings really do go away. and as far as choices, maybe the saugage and peppers would have been better than the ice cream, then you could have come home and pigged out on two SF fudgicles. Hind sight twenty-twenty and all that,,,,the main thing is that you DID feel bad about it and are back on track. You are right, we do have good days and bad days....and we have to remember, this is a lifestyle not just a diet. So I am proud of you for sticking with it.!
