Checking in later than normal. Legs and Back workout. I was a wobbly stork! By the end of the workout I had settled in. Late night last night - good stuff - SALE!- but still late. Not alot of rest this week - just crazy hours.

Doctor's appt today - I'd already weighed, so nothing at the doctor's office was going to effect me. Theirs was about 6lbs higher. Great news though - according to the doctor, I've lost 11 lbs since April 2011. WAHOOOO!!!

He was surprised I was doing P90x. And he was surprised we were adopting through DSS. (Even though I had shared that half-heartedly 12/1/2011. Wasn't written down in his notes, so no recollection.)

Had the first part of the day off to do the appts. Have to come back Monday. Grrrr. A reschedule - doctor's orders.

*Weird tip* I get tired in the afternoons - like today - like now - 3:45pm. I take a B complex vitamin and it pumps me back up. Assuming that is better than an energy drink. At least hope so!

Also got a compliment from a coworker- told her about the 11lbs thing and she told me she could tell I'd lost it. I really can't -I'm in the same size clothes, so.... Anyway, it was a great thing! :)

Great job on the weight loss and your weigh in for yesterday! I bet it was nice to see the scale get to that next 10 pound mark and to get a compliment from a coworker. :) Have a terrific weekend.
