Week 1

Yay! My first weigh-in and I'm pleased with the results. I didn't end up cheating (which was good!). I just hope I can stick to it! :]
148.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

You are losing weight way to quickly! It's really not good for your body. Try increase your portions and have at least 1250 calories a day...

She will probably lose quickly because her metabolism is very high being only 17 yrs old.
