Don't feel like overeating any more. Right now the thought of it makes me feel ill. I hope I can sustain this. The less I eat, the less I want.
204.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 54.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week

Your body and mind will go through this every now and then - just take it in stride and see it through. With that said, if you're actually becoming ill as a result, please go see your doctor.

I think there is something to that. I don't know if it is your stomach shrinking because it does not have to accommodate huge meals or if it is a mental switch that recognizes being satiated with smaller amounts of food or something else completely. I have found the same thing happening to me and, like you, I hope I can ride this wave for a while! :)
