Tbaygirl's Journal, 30 August 2017

Well feels good to have the scale going in the right direction again, no mystery though, been sticking to my RDI, recording all my food and exercising:) Well I figured that over an hour of mowing the lawn last night was as good or better than a walk. I've lost 8.8 lbs so far which is 10% of my new goal of losing a total of 85lbs, so a little success, but a good one I think. I've decided that one of my new goals is that in six months I will be able to shop, fit into and wear clothes that are not plus size (then I'm giving away all my plus size clothes:).

I have decided to low carb higher protein and fat, going to try and stay away from the artificial sweeteners that atkins has, but probably more protein then keto recommends. I have the first 3 days of meal plans done, wow it is hard to bring a full day of eating in under 20gm of carbs. My plan is to start this coming Monday...wish me luck:)

Hope everyone is having a great week.

Rocking along for sure! Carbs are the HARD part to minimize/eliminate since a LOT of things have them in there. Once you get started with the identification of them, it will almost become 2nd nature. Keep up the downward trend!
