I'm concerned again that I may be hypothyroid. Watched a Dr Oz episode that mentioned symptoms which I have, but the one symptom that caught my eye :) was this; take a pencil and place upright at the end of your eye. If there is little or no hair on the outside of the eyebrow..you have low thyroid hormone or may be hypothyroid. So here I am with nearly all of the symptoms and yet my blood work says I'm in the normal range for Thyroid. My doctor said that I was in range and that I just needed to lose weight. I've been controlling my food intake and am active. I'm losing weight but am pushing myself so hard and nursing my chronic injuries i.e. pulled Achilles tendon, damaged knee cartilage, sore joints...grrr.
