I went out to eat twice this week. Once at the Beach Chalet and the other at Joe's Crab Shack and both times I kept my food choices within calories, to my surprise. I love using the mobile application of fatsecret. Having the calorie count for the day and getting better at judging portions, makes the difference is my success so far. It's only a couple or three months and I feel successful...and that my friends is the push I need to keep moving on! YAY!!!
