took a week break :?| but didn't expect to gain that much weight. going back into fasting starting now
159.4 lb Lost so far: 11.9 lb.    Still to go: 27.1 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 15.0 lb a week

15 in a week? I'd double check the scale, that seems a bit excessive. Either way, you know what to do, and you've got it!

I suggest you talk with others who've gained this much weight after a break. A good one is Draglist. He can explain it all to you. It's not fat or weight... fluid. Check him out.

I'm sure most of it is water weight. A good fast will take care of that and help balance out your calorie intake. You learned a lesson, and you did not fall off the wagon for too long. Kill it this week and you'll be right back on track.

thanks for the support, i almost didnt log this weight :P I did eat like there is no tomorow, but i have the time to fix this up

weight gained quickly is lost quickly, it's mostly water.
