I've eating really well. Saturday was a crazy day - full of fried food. But, as much as I could I limited that. I've been working out and drinking lots of water. I feel good!
184.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
