Back on the wagon - I've said that before! I've been keeping strong. I'm not down, but I'm not up. I am, however - upping my exercise and it feels great! I started walking to the gym instead of taking the gym, and today decided to walk 6.25 miles home from work! It was great! Now, I'm heading to bed so I have rest tomorrow to get up for yoga. I'm really feeling great. Lose weight or not, it just feels good to be moving again. :)
