Back on the wagon - I've said that before! I've been keeping strong. I'm not down, but I'm not up. I am, however - upping my exercise and it feels great!
I started walking to the gym instead of taking the gym, and today decided to walk 6.25 miles home from work! It was great!
Now, I'm heading to bed so I have rest tomorrow to get up for yoga. I'm really feeling great. Lose weight or not, it just feels good to be moving again. :)

I've eating really well. Saturday was a crazy day - full of fried food. But, as much as I could I limited that. I've been working out and drinking lots of water. I feel good!

Feeling good!! hard work paying off. I'm down 2 lbs today. I'd like to be at 178 in 4 weeks!! I know with working out and eating right I can do it. I really feel good having lost that 2 lbs! I have wanted to get under 185 for SOOOOO LONG!

spin is in 1 hour! Don't want to go - but going! It helps to make friends with the spin coach - I'm too worried she'll think bad of me if I don't go. ;)

I'm already at 950 calories for the day!!! How?!?!?! I ate subway - a six inch turkey - no mayo, no cheese. baked chips (i guess they might have been bad?) cereal for breakfast? What the heck! I'm only supposed to have another 400 calories for dinner.... which I usualy go over. I'm trying to stick to a 1400 calorie diet. I'm 5'11 - but I really do think that's enough for me or most women.
Spin will help tonight but wow - i'm so irritated that I'm already through most calories. GRRRR! Oh well! Time to get some water and green tea.
