What a surprise! And to think I feel heavier this morning!

Funny -> So I had heard that if you didn't have a juicer, you could use a blender. So I tried the Mean Green Juice receipe in the blender this morning - and gave my husband 16 fl oz off the top and I took the remainder 16fl oz from the bottom. He added a couple of ice cubes and made it through. He added a couple of ice cubes for me and I got through about 1/2 cup. Lots of chewing...lots of pulp. I put it in the frig so I can still enjoy it and finish it up sometime today or tomorrow. May try another juicing receipe tomorrow....maybe. (Here's hoping we save up some money for an actual juicer....surely it will get better!)

Does anyone have a juicer? Please tell me it's better than the blender! (Thinking fruits would be better in the blender vs veggies....)

Yoga X was good today. Did the sun salutations up until the reverse warrior. Yea! That was one more move than last time. Very wobbly on the shoulder stance. Crane is getting better - not able to pull my feet off the floor yet, but my arms are getting stronger to bear my weight. Plough was just all over the place - couldn't get my legs to go straight over my head. Just ugly! LOVE the yoga block! Makes the moves that much better (I'd say easier, but I'm not there yet.) - I can hold them longer. And I'm usually in the right stance. Struggled on the Royal Dancer today - held it on one side, then switched to the other and I was fumbling and stumbling all over the place!

Oh - we got our water issue fixed - so yea! Shower felt fabulous this morning!!!!

What a wonderful surprise this morning to be down from yesterday. Wonder how tomorrow will be.
