Grocery cart was filled with veggies and some fruits last night (in addition to Applegate turkey bacon, turkey jerky, eggs, and 2% cottage cheese!) - I felt really funny having that much healthy stuff in my cart - like everyone was looking at me. How weird is that???

No water in the house this morning - again. Repair man coming out today. Fortunately didn't sweat buckets this morning. :) (NO shower!). Amazing how much we use water. You don't realize how much until you don't have it.

Back and Biceps today - mixed it up with 5lb hand weights and Gold's Gym green bands. Really could go heavier in the weights - but the next level I have is 15lbs - which is too heavy. Need to move the 10lbs or the 8lbs from one workout location to the other. LOL.

Write this one down - I'm looking forward to Yoga X in the morning.

Ab Ripper X - working on quality of the moves more than quantity. Still amazes me that somedays I can do more than others.

Walking 2 miles 5 nights a week - I've got it down to 47 minutes and burning 254 calories. Thinking about opening it up again after the 4 weeks are over and doing another set. What do you think? Should I do another 4 weeks or stretch it out longer?

Too funny, I usually wonder what people think when I have too much junk food in my cart... :) I have been looking forward to time for exercise too. I guess that means that we are motivated??

Sure thing! (Note on the grocery - I was checking out the items selected in the buggy ahead of me to see if I forgot to pick up an item! Silly!)
