I was away for a wee bit but am back and have updated my calendar. Even though I felt I was making healthy choices at the time my calorie intake was much higher than I had hoped.
Weigh in this afternoon and back at it - healthy food choices and more exercise.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 56.0 lb.    Still to go: 79.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
