So i gained a couple pounds back. I finally got on track yesterday after my "vacation" with my mom. I'm still below the 200 mark and I really REALLY don't want to go up any more at all. So I grabbed my thin jeans and hung them in the kitchen so that every time I go to snack I have to look at them first and I believe it's already working lol. It's a constant reminder of my goals so I'm faced with the real life decision every time I head to the fridge: "which do I want more, to fit into those jeans again or to eat what I'm craving right now?" Here's hoping!
198.8 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 48.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Hey Fidgekitty, a great plan! I have 'thin' clothes littered all over the house, pretty much every door has got something hanging off it to keep me motivated. Can't wait for the day.... :)
