Well I'm definately back on track again and started a challenging exercise program.
198.6 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 48.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Diet Calendar Entry for 20 March 2010:
1330 kcal Fat: 33.11g | Prot: 55.30g | Carb: 220.92g.   Breakfast: Wheat Sandwich Bread, Light Mayonnaise, Whole Milk, Sugar, Milk (Nonfat). Lunch: flat iron steak, frosted mini wheats, uncle ben's whole grain medly. Dinner: 100% whole wheat bread great value, low fat mayo, hard boiled egg. Snacks/Other: banana, hard boiled egg. more...
