Weighted myself 8:30 am before breakfast.It is exactly 2 lbs lighter than the weight-in last night at 1030pm! Hey,body, whatever that you're getting rid of at night when im sleeping, it's good and it's working! I'm never gunna bother to weight myself at night, cuz it sure upsets me last night looking myself gained 2 lbs.
And taking the advises, for breakfast, I had a delicious scrumble egg: 2 eggs, half tomato, 2 mushroom and 3/4 slice of low fat chaddar. And ofcourse, COFFEE.. :) yum! And I'll probably have Atkins meal replacements for lunch and supper.
148.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 48.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

We tend to hold onto water throughout the day causing our weight to be higher in the evenings than in the mornings. You should find a time of the day that is most convenient to you and weigh at that time (or close to) when recording your weight. That will give you the best indication if you are losing.

Weight in the morning after you go to the bathroom!! That's when I find mine is most accurate. Could be different for you though! Sounds like you have a healthy day :)

omg sarah, it's very addictiing to come here and check posts and record food entries as soon as I Swallow sometime into my stomach! and i just saw a post that you comment on how to measure body fat, and i thought of when i went in to the Hrble Magic Centre for a consult and they measured my rist for the size of my body fram and then used that to culculate the BMI. I think that's more suitable for each individuals than just culculating the height and body weight.

That's true, that's a good idea! I know this website is sooo addicting hey! I love it. It really helps to have people to turn to as well who are going through the same things!
