Went to a potluck dinner, stayed pretty much on Atkins but had wine. More than one glass, and when I came home made myself a stiff drink! Bad me!
165.2 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1660 kcal Fat: 122.01g | Prot: 104.35g | Carb: 41.28g.   Breakfast: deviled eggs, ham, coffee, hormel turkey, swiss cheese. Lunch: Savory Ranch Dressing, ritz crackers, mexican blend cheese, baby greens, cherry tomatoes, Natural Choice Sliced Oven Roasted Deli Turkey. Dinner: avocado, parmesan, Chinese Beef and Broccoli, Savory Ranch Dressing, green onions, cherry tomatoes, baby greens lettuce. Snacks/Other: heavy cream, Hansen's Diet Rootbeer, string cheese. more...
