I have been feeling great the past few days. I have gotten past the "Atkins Flu" and am definitely feeling my body switch to primarily burning fat. Getting my water and eating before I get starving are essential.
164.2 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
