I want to lose weight! I need to lose weight! I want more energy and to be more active! BUT: I freaking love Margaritas and Mexican food, and Pizza and Chinese food, and chips and cheetos. I don't have the willpower to stop consuming the things I love. But my clothes are so tight. Stomach & thighs are growing out of control. Yesterday I started exercising again (Walk Away the Pounds), I started a diet too but gave up at dinner time & ate enough for a family of four. Maybe if I continue exercising, and drinking lots of water, I'll see some change, despite my inability to stop consuming.

Ooooh I love loved all those things as well but as I started my goal I stopped the drinking, portion out Mexican, steamed only Chinese no rice, and its so boring I don't even care for it, pizza I 💕but I don't eat all the crust you anymore. You can do this just stay focused ;-) 24 hr water fasts help me get a grip on overeating as well as 16:8's. Research research research and don't give up😉you got this!
