First Outdoor walk/run of the Year... It's still a little chilly out and I didn't really push it lol lets just say 2 miles was'z kick n my butt :)
Staying on course with my Food have been tempted to have a Food Reward for doing so well... Just gonna stay the course until Goal...
251.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
