On my way to the Gym... Feeling pretty good eating more,drinking more water the last couple of day's and lost another pound... :) Just gonna keep doing what I'm doing.
251.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 26.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
