I've been very busy these past week, however I've worked out six days a week and I've eaten well (with the exception of two celebratory dinners). I need to put the pedal to the metal by June 8th. I will have eye surgery on that day and have been advise not to do any strenuous workouts and lifting nothing over 10lbs. So moderate walking and really watching my diet is going to be a MUST. So, I'm really getting it in this week and next.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
