I thought I would lose alot more weight today but that is ok. I think I am down half a pound which is good enough for today. I walked alot last night and hopefully it will all pay off. I am under stress looking for a job so it is tough. I think I have too much sodium in my diet. slow and steady wins the diet marathon.
216.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
