Too much sodium yesterday and the antipasto salad was too much sodium so I did not lose but that is ok, I will keep on going today. Also, I need to exercise and walk more.
216.5 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 66.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
