Did poorly at my TOPS weigh-in; had a big weight gain. Celebrating Mother's Day 3 days in a row isn't something I should not have done.
206.6 lb Lost so far: 27.4 lb.    Still to go: 56.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

1500 kcal Fat: 60.92g | Prot: 58.45g | Carb: 194.15g.   Breakfast: Centrum Silver Ultra Women's Multi Vitamins, Water, Nature Made Vitamin D3, Peanut Delight Creamy Peanut Butter, Keebler Club Crackers Original. Lunch: Orange Roughy (Fish), Regular Coffee, Tap Water, Newman's Own Creamy French Dressing, Lettuce Salad with Tomato. Dinner: Cooked Green String Beans (from Fresh, Fat Added in Cooking), Brown Gravy, Whipped mashed potatoes, Golden Chick Fried Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other: Mars Milky Way (Fun Size), Winn-Dixie Peppermint Candy, Winn-Dixie Peppermint Candy. more...
