yesterday, Sunday 2/26/12 is 6 weeks since I broke my Left foot, first time back to Calinan Health club workouts, 153.9# wt. sunday morning.
No pain in left foot from broken 5th metatarsal bone broken on 1/15/12, and I did 32min wt. training, 62 min on stationary bike, but only 8 min practicing racquetball.
154.3 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
