At least I am losing weight and have gotten into some jeans I have not been able to wear for a long long time. I have a long way to go and the tip to drink a glass of water before each meal is great. Will keep that up.
215.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
