So that would appear to be the bulk of the water weight gone, great. Would there be more than a kilo?? I still feel bloated round my middle, uncomfortable. Good though, it makes me want to get rid of it! Dig this, not a drop of gin today either! I must come over as some sort of dypso. I am not at all, I am very restrained. For the most part (hic)
Have to be up and in to town in the morning, I am out of all my veggies. One courgette and a white cabbage left. No avos, celery, toms or mushies in the house! I wonder what on earth I will be able to have for brekkies. Baked courgette smothered in cheese perhaps. Still, I will have that when I get back, I don't like to eat until late morning at the earliest.
Hope the scales continue in the right direction, I know it will slow and get frustrating, I am prepared for that but they had better not go up or I will run out of paper on my wall chart, the only way is down!
