Drinking water works! just feel better about it this time...not so pressured... funny thing how the brain operates...once i took the emotion out of it and just did it....it is simple. my knee feels really good today too!!!
217.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 67.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
