WHEW! Broke the 243 mark!!!! Seems forever although it was only a few days...I'll probably stay in the 242 range for a few days up and down...hopefully won't go up to the 243 range...then 241...Easy on...long time and hard to come off.
242.2 lb Lost so far: 11.8 lb.    Still to go: 92.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

This is week 3 of the diet and I've lost total 11 lbs 8 ozs. May the first we are going to start weighing once a week...
