A little dissapointed that I didn't lose this week. I was really hoping for another lb to be gone. I did work out last night and the trainer said that we retain water when we work out so I might be up because of that?? I'm only up .6 so it is not a ton but still....

All fluctuations are normal. Your trainer is right, your muscles will retain fluid after a hard workout. Just keep it up - building muscle will burn fat and make a leaner YOU!
