Be sure to get in your water too! Might want to make sure you have a potassium/magnesium/calcium supplement too (as advised by Atkins).

yea that's wicked low. You need to make sure your getting enough fiber too. All that protein and not enough veggies can lead to problems in certain areas,lol!
