loss seems slow right now, but hey its a loss. Fasting for 20+ hours 2 days a week got this started. Only 4 tsp of cream a day as well.

So glad to see the scale move in the right direction! If I am correct this is week 4 of following strict keto with a total carb count limit of 12 to 20. Stick with it girl, 38lbs to go!

Here we go again, tired of being 40 lbs overweight! Started at a bloated 144 last week, today I am at 141.0 I am very pleased!
