8.40am coffee, coconut oil, cream

12:35 salad, olive oil, vinegar, sardines

Although I'm consuming few calories, I have lots of energy and feel good because my body is burning fat. Don't try to go low calorie unless you've reduced your insulin levels!

Dr. Jason Fung has a good explanation of how to fix a broken metabolism on this blog posting: https://intensivedietarymanagement.com/fix-broken-metabolism/. I recently read his book The Obesity Code and highly recommend it.

Had to stop for Rx and groceries after work and then pulled into a long visit with my new neighbor. I was so hungry when I got home. I had intended to split the steak into two meals, but I ended up eating it all.
306.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 66.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
