Down over a pound. Just half a pound from my goal. This is coming awfully close to the crunch. BMI is 23.6. I'm at the 19th percentile for age/height.

Now I need to figure out my proper calorie intake. Right now, it looks as if I'll need about 1900 calories to maintain weight. I'm consuming far fewer, so adjusting upwards will be a chore.
164.6 lb Lost so far: 172.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I expect that it is going to be harder. It was easy to add the pounds. Not at all easy to take them off. Keeping my weight stable is going to be a difficult task.

You are sooooo close. Congratulations! As for maintaining, I have no doubt that you will do just fine. When you first started on this adventure, did you ever think you would say that adding calories would be a chore? LOL :)

I'm just amazed I've made it as far as I have. Each step has been an adventure in itself, and now I'm almost at the very top of the hill. I feel completely dazed.
