I wouldn't worry. Probably water retention. Temperature change. What kind of weight are you trying to lose??? Sounds like your young, fit and pretty lean. If your looking to cut a six pack - you probably need a program change for six weeks to some intense anaerobic and core training. If you want something more fun, try core and leg intense sports: Hockey, speed skating, climbing, sprinting, judo, basketball. If your really lean - you probably need a nutrition tweak that would involve simple supplements to cut that last bit you wish to cut. You probably already do this: but remember your proper supplementation after training and no sugars or fruits after 6/7 to maximize your training benefits

Great I am about 10-15lbs out side of my goal range and I have drastically cut back on certain foods mainly candy. But my diet is extremely carb heavy yesterday here are my stats Sod(mg)1822 Fat(g) 19 Fiber(g) 23.3 Sugar(g) 86.61 Prot(g) 62.76 KCals 1217. You seem to really be in the know how can I improve my diet. I have tried to improve by adding things such as celery, carrots, chickpeas, oatmeal, flax seed, tuna and lentils.

Carmel, man that's a tough question without knowing more about you. Frankly, your diet is great. The carbs you eat are great. I am guessing - that you are at a stage where your trim, but want to go into that elite level of fitness. (ie. flat tummy, definition in shoulders, arms, calves and you want to really lean out). I dont know your height, age, work outs, frame, health, etc....) BUT here are my thoughts: I am thinking you eat clean, exercise hard and are motivated to lean out quick and then maintain. In that lean out stage - your dealing with visceral or old fat, I mean fat that has been there a long time and really doesn't want to leave. Athletes, fitness competitors, fighters, bodybuilders - all do 6 to 8 week specific diet and fitness regiment programs to cut this kind of fat. Really - we are talking about a totally different kind of weight loss than most of us on FS are trying to do. You have the hard job - you want top level fitness and body. I strongly suggest you hit your local gym and talk with the female competitors there (either fitness competitors or bodybuilders) and find out who they hire to make their personalized programs. You can save a lot of time by speaking to a professional trainer who has a reputation of getti g results. Plus it will get you to your goal a lot quicker. Then it will be easy for you to maintain. Hey good luck. Let me know your thoughts :)
