I am not doing well making healthy choices. I am giving in to cravings for suger and chocolate. I am doing this with very little care and then i wake up the next morning thinking i am gonna get back on track today. so that is what i m gonna do today. i give in one day at a time, but i can also go forward one day at a time.
240.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Excellent attitude!! You only fail if you give up trying!! Just keep trying to reduce the frequency of the "stumbles"...and eventually there won't be any!! Just don't give up. Good Luck! Later.
