100 grams a day lost during period... not a bad accomplishement. still hoping for that great after-period dip. but i won.t make it to my goal in time for sauna...
im going anyway. date is set and babysitters already ordered. so... i.ll treat myself to a nice candlelit bath when i do reach 92.
207.7 lb Lost so far: 39.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
