I've been working with a dietitian, made a few changes, and lost almost 10lbs
290.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1959 kcal Fat: 91.66g | Prot: 77.08g | Carb: 209.90g.   Breakfast: Coffee, Bacon, Aunt Millie's Hearth Whole Grain 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked). Lunch: Burger King French Fries (Small), Burger King Whopper Sandwich. Dinner: Rice with Vegetables, General Tso (General Gau) Chicken, Egg Roll with Beef and/or Pork, Fujisan California Roll Sushi. more...
