I'm a little disappointed, I only lost 0.5lbs since Wednesday...I thought it would be more...I ate well & I exercised...maybe I'll suggest that I'm building muscle??
I do feel better though, so that is the more important thing...I am finding it much easier to "turn the other cheek" when I have the opportunity to have some less than healthy choice...so I feel that this is a big step in changing my habbits...
Here's to a much healthier future!!

It can be so many things, Jack. A loss is a loss, no matter. You're doing great. Usually, you're just setting yourself up for a better loss next time. :)

Yeah, it wasn't disheartening...just disappointing, I'd been a "Good Boy" this week and thought I may see some headway...and like you said, any loss is a good loss...I'm still happy with being able to walk away from the delicious looking chocolate birthday cake...everyone was making such a fuss, but I held out...to me it is the little things that make the biggest difference...thanks for the words of encouragement, they are very helpful knowing someone else is routing for you!!
