oh my god. holly molly 155.6?????? and I am back home on my regular scale!!!!!! two weeks of traveling! dear lord! that's 8 lbs!!!!! amazing how easy to put it on and how long it takes to get it off!!!!!! well, I'll weigh myself in the a.m., when I usually do and see the "real" exact damage!
I knew I'd need to loose wt. when I got back, but DID not think it would be THAT Much!!! wow and ick! it shows its a life style change! even when on "vacation"!!!!!!
1 wk of biggest loser left! lets at least lose wt this last week!!!! well I gues my goal is 3lbs a week! time to get serious again. dear lord!!!!

If you flew give yourself 2-3 days to release water retention. You've probably gained less than you think!

Wow, its so unfair isn't it? I concur with CalKiller that some of it is bound to be water retention. The morning weigh in should be better. I hate that its so easy to put on and so hard to get off in comparison. Hope it the weight gain was caused by really yummy foods and that the holiday was fab! Dont worry you will soon be looking jam hot again.

It'll come off quickly - I'm sure it's not real. Just get back on track and you'll see the numbers going in the right direction again! :)

I always gain a bit even if I just go visit family, it's just easier to lose when you're in your home home/routine!
