hiked for an hour tonight. got to love the hiking here in CA!!!

I FELL SHORT!!! I am starting fresh today! logging and working out! thanks for the accountiblity. I got five in the first week and then only three week two!!! Lets all be sure to write on each other's walls for week three and four...

Good luck to everone, and find the new 500 challenge to write at...

Got lazy about tracking everything... I like to track, to make sure I stay 3500 cal under for the week (1 lb a week). :) prob got lazy becz I was eating some bad "snacks" here and there. :)

I've started tracking again.

Wting myself once a week. on Sat.
