Today starts chemo cycle #2. an overnight stay for the first 24 hours then I'm sent home with a goodie bag for 5 days. So far I'm doing well and much better than cycle 1 where I started at 156 lbs and dropped to 141 with my clothes on in a week. my doc was thrilled that the tumor had visibly shrunk by 50 percent according to the pictures we had taken.. .definitely a God nugget! he wasn't happy with the weight loss and said I had to gain at least 10 pounds with a protein goal of at least 90 grams, to avoid getting a feeding port...challenge accepted and I did well starting cycle #2 @ 158.6 lbs and I hit the protein goal daily! by the grace of God and the healing prayers I'm on my way to jumping the hurdles ahead of me!! My life is good and richly blessed!!
158.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Blessings, attitude is a big help or hindrance with chemo and yours seems to be of the best. Keep on keeping on and hopefully the tumor will shrink completely and you'll recover your health soon. x
