working out 1 to 2 times a day. Learning portion control through Herbalife. 2 shakes a day with controlled snacks and a portioned dinner.
202.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week

Herbalife is still around? I did that about 25 years ago. I say bring back tupperware :). Seriously? Well done :)

Thank you! and yes Herbalife is still around and... tupperware is too - lol. I love the support they give to eat healthy and how they encourage good clean eating. Im loving it. Learning alsort of things about health. Im in the best shape of my life! Any one wants to know more just ask!
