Feeling a bit frustrated.... I have not cheated on my eating, no added sugar or sweet treats, no chips, fried foods, and nothing pre-made. More exercise than I've had in the last year. Yet, the scale is not moving or going up.... ugh! Keep going, keep trying, keep believing in myself.... one day at a time, focus on today!

If you're exercising a lot, it may be added muscle that's doing this. If you're hitting a plateau, try changing up your eating routine. For example, if you eat a big dinner and small breakfast, try eating a small dinner and big breakfast, or vice versa. Studies that I have seen show that just changing up the routine can get you better results. Sometimes our system just needs a little jolt to get it moving again. You'll get through this!

I have plateaued for weeks on end before. Just keep plugging away - your body will give it up and then you will be pleasantly surprised by the drop.
