First Day on my Fatsecret web site. I have a good list of foods that I can eat and I am going to get down to 150 pounds and if it takes me two years so be it I will be ok with it. I figured I would weigh 233 pounds but now I am down to 229.5 so I had better get to work on it. I want to lose about 2 pounds per week.
229.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 79.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
